New Contact Information for WASTE MANAGEMENT
In an effort to improve communication, Waste Management has created an email address so that residents can now connect more effectively with them.

Please utilize this email to communicate issues such as missed pickups and cart swaps due to damage.
The email address will be managed by Waste Managementís Customer Experience Team, in an effort to make communication easier and provide a log of what is communicated.

WM will now schedule all recoveries for service failures, cart repairs and cart swaps.
Listed below are some reminders to help WM complete the service safely.
∑ WM will service the provided cart only.
∑ Please place cart curbside prior to 7:00 am on your day of service.
∑ Please place all garbage in provided cart. WM will service/remove cart contents only.
∑ Please place cart at least 4 feet away from any other object such as mailbox, car, etc.
∑ Please do not place garbage on top of cart.
∑ Items NOT accepted for pickup include: hazardous waste, medical waste, construction debris, fencing, bricks, carpet, tile, or roofing material.
Holiday Schedule: Waste Management Holidays Observed: New Yearís Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
*Service will be delayed by one day following a holiday.
