Field Rental Policy

SOUTHSIDE SPORTS COMPLEX

FIELD RENTAL POLICY

Rental Rate:  $15 Per hour without lights (2 hour minimum)

Rental fee is refunded if inclement weather prevents usage. Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to make all decisions concerning field playability, and also to suspend usage of the athletic facility due to weather conditions that may endanger the participants and/or may damage the field.

Everyone must be off the premises by 7:45 p.m.

Teams must pay rental fee at City Hall 48 hours in advance. Renters must present a Certificate of Liability at the time of payment.

Renters must abide by all park rules which include:

  • No alcohol
  • No bikes
  • No skateboards
  • No disorderly conduct
  • All vehicles must park in main parking lot
  • All trash must be picked up before leaving.
  • No peppering into fence.
  • Do not remove pitching rubbers.

I have read and agree to the terms set forth in this agreement. I hereby take full responsibility for any damages that may occur during my rental time. I and all members of the rental group do hereby release the City of Southside of any claims arising from any known or unknown, foreseen, and unforeseen bodily and personal injuries and damages to personal property resulting during my rental time.
