Southside City Fest 2017

**A FEW SPACES AVAILABLE FOR ARTS, CRAFT, AND MERCHANDISE VENDORS ONLY! WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING FOOD VENDORS FOR THIS YEAR'S EVENT**

The City of Southside cordially invites you to participate in our 2017 City Festival. The event will be held Saturday, July 15th, on the grounds of Southside High School. We will host a number of fun and exciting activities for the whole family.  There will be a children’s area, vendor marketplace, and all day concerts and entertainment!

Headlining our event this year is one of country music’s biggest entertainers, Tracy Lawrence. He will be performing some of his biggest hits such as “Paint Me a Birmingham,” “Time Marches On,” “Sticks and Stones,” and “If the World Had a Front Porch.”

Booth spaces are 15ft. deep X 20ft. wide. For arts, craft, merchandise, business, and organizations the cost will be $75.00; Food vendors $100.00.  Electrical spaces are an additional $25.00 per space

Electrical spaces have 110 volt outlets. Vendors may use extension cords; however, you will not be allowed to “over-load” circuits by using multiple extension cords and multiple appliances.  “Low noise” generators are welcomed.

Vendors are not allowed to sell soft drinks unless purchased from the City Tent the day of the event ($24.00 per case, 20 oz. bottles). Ice will also be available at a cost of $2.00 per 10 lb. bag.

**IMPORTANT** ALL VENDORS WITH TRAILERS MUST ARRIVE FOR SET-UP BETWEEN 7:00 A.M. AND 10:00 A.M. THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

VENDORS WHO DO NOT HAVE A TRAILER MUST ARRIVE BETWEEN 10:30 A.M. AND 11:30 A.M.

For your convenience, vendors with trailers may set-up on Friday July 14th between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Set-up must be completed and in place no later than 1:30 p.m. the day of the event. You will enter through the “vendor gate” located on School Drive in front of Southside High School. Food vendors must stay in place until the end of the event. Vehicles will not be allowed in the vendor area to load until after the event. Arts and Craft Vendors must stay until 8:00 p.m. but are requested to stay until the end of the event. (Please note if you close your booth early you will NOT be allowed to move your vehicle to the vendor area until after the event is over)

The City of Southside and the Southside Festival Committee will not be held responsible for any injury or loss that may occur to the vendor or their assistants.
